I’m honored to have your interest. I’m a licensed cosmetologist specializing in natural hair care. I'm blessed to have salon residence in 3 states. I am based in Brooklyn, New York. While also frequenting back to my home town - Huntsville,Alabama. As well as mid town- Atlanta, Georgia. Please be sure to select the correct city, date, time & time zone .
Books open the 20th of every month at 12pm noon EST
for the following month .
ex. November books would open October 20th at 12pm EST
If the calendar appears entirely blank, it means that there is NO availability for the particular month.

THE SCHEDULE OPENS MONTHLY
• Face masks are REQUIRED upon entering the salon.
• Body temperature check is performed on guests arm prior to being serviced.
(temperature reading over 98 will result in cancelled appointment /refused service.)
• Please use valid /up to date email address and mobile phone number upon confirmation request.
FEES & BALANCES
• Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
• CASH or ZELLE are the ONLY 2 forms of payment I accept for your remaining balance.

• DO NOT prematurely send your final payment prior to being serviced . Pay your balance at the end when your service is complete.
• $25 Convenience Fee will be added to your balance if/when adding a service or change of service at the time of your appointment
• Add'l services - rinse, deep condition, steam treatment , etc must be added when booking before deposit is paid and confirmed. $25 convenience fee will be added to balance if add on is requested after booking.
• No refunds . PLEASE read each description carefully and book only a date or time you know you’re available
• Squeeze-in fee $125 in addition to service selected – NON-NEGOTIABLE
TIMING & AVAILIBILITY
• If unforeseen circumstances cause you to be 10-15 minutes late please call 256.603.6163 prior to scheduled time.
• After 20 minutes tardy , a $20 late fee will be added to your remaining balance.
• 30 minutes late , NO APPOINTMENT forfeit deposit
• No call /No show will be blocked from re booking
• I will notify you by text message prior to scheduled appointment time if I’m running behind or late on a customer before you.
• No appointments on Saturdays . I do not work in or out of the salon on the Sabbath no exception
• No day of / off site ( out of salon ) wedding services
• Carefully select salon location time zone. Huntsville is CENTRAL time. New York & Atlanta are EASTERN time.
• If you’re booking from another time zone out of state or out of the country PLEASE specify your time zone during booking
• All days & times available are current. If the day/time or city is not listed for you to select it is either booked or not available for booking.
CANCEL / RESCHEDULE
• To CANCEL refer to your confirmation email . Click the cancel button at the bottom of the email . • To RESCHEDULE refer to your confirmation email . Click the reschedule option at the bottom of the email . IF available , appointment options will be listed to select . You will be sent a new confirmation email that will reflect your new time , service or date .

• Please CANCEL 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• You do NOT need to notify me that you want / need to cancel .
• If driving , plan to arrive early to find and secure parking - late fee will not be waived if late due to parking.
• Hair must be thoroughly detangled and unbraided before arrival . $25 detangling fee will be added to your balance if I have to help you take down braids, twists or detangle before shampooing .
• Please remove all valuables before service. No jewelry - hoops, chain earrings, diamonds , necklaces or AirPods while being serviced - I will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged belongings
• Please do not wear hoodies , turtle necks or high collars during appointment.
• EARLY BIRDS please do NOT arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time . Due to covid we try to keep the body count in the salon to a minimum.
• Each guest is shampooed before any service
• Products needed and used are provided by me
• Bringing your own hair products does not change the price of your service and finishing results are not guaranteed .
• Virgin Hair is only provided in service where specified (sew in installs)
• I DO NOT do color lifting , highlights FRONTAL installs, RELAXERS , pixie cuts, 27 piece, feed in braids , knotless braids , micros, crochets, twist outs, men’s tapered cuts nor do I make wigs.
• Loyalty Punch cards are no longer accepted
• I DO NOT service anyone under 18 - no exceptions
